This is a 2 person workout! Red and Blue corner.. Challenge a friend or colleague in this fun interactive test of fitness.. Enzo Calzaghe is the Judge this time.. by using a points scoring card he is constantly plotting the level of commitment whist the challenge takes place. When the boxing match is finished the performance is calculated and the winners hand goes up on Enzo"s decision!!
